GFS would like to visit this session to take photographs and recording ('images') of the activities for a special purpose. This form explains what we are taking them for and asks for your consent.

    Your child's name (required)

    Your name (required)

    Your Email (required)

What we'd like to use these images for
We are taking these images to promote GFS and the work we do with girls and young women. We may use the images we are taking in social media posts, print materials, such as posters, reports, flyers etc., on GFS and approved third party partner websites, for paid digital advertising, emails to GFS supporters or to accompany online and print news stories (national media outlets).

The images we take in this session will be securely stored in GFS’ photo management system and may be used several times for up to two years. After two years (or when your child turns 16) we will either remove the photo from our publicity or contact you and ask again for your consent to continue to use the image.

We will never link a girl’s full name, address, the school she goes to or other identifying information to any image of her and you or your child can change your mind about your agreement at any time. This can be in relation to a specific image or all images from the session.

    Withdrawing consent
If you give consent, you or your child can change your mind at any time by telling us in an email to info@girlsfriendlysociety.org.uk. This can be in relation to a specific image or all images from the session. Images will then be archived and removed from digital platforms. Historic social media posts will not be deleted unless specifically requested. The image will no longer be used in new print items, but old copies cannot typically be recalled. This can be considered in exceptional circumstances (for instance where there is a safeguarding issue).

I understand and agree to the terms above

You can read our full Photography, filming and image use policy, including information about how to withdraw consent here.
