If you would like to raise a complaint, please email info@girlsfriendlysociety.org.uk with as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days of the acknowledgement.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a review.
