  • How the girl/young woman travels to and from GFS.

  • Education and Training
  • Whether a DBS is held.
  • Details of ethnicity, racial origin, disability and religion.
  • Demographic information.
  • References.

We may collect the following information about our Members and donors:

  • Name.
  • Company name.
  • Contact information including postal address and email address.
  • Reason for donation/membership application.
  • Whether or not you are a UK taxpayer (GiftAid).
  • Payment method.
  • Payment amount.

When you supply this information to us, we are legally obliged by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that we only use this information for the purpose for which it was requested and to ensure that it is kept securely.
