GFS Blyth online is a place for girls to hang out like they would under more normal circumstances. The group will focus on combating boredom, providing space to catch up and talk about experiences of quarantine and having good fun with new friends and old.

Live sessions will take place on Zoom at 4pm every Wednesday.

If your daughter would be interested in joining our live online sessions, register here sign up here. GFS online sessions are free.

After lockdown

When GFS Blyth is able to operate in person, sessions will give girls an opportunity to be inspired by female role models and feel positive about their lives. The group will provide a safe and non-judgmental space where young women can let go and be themselves and discover their potential.

The group will run weekly, volunteer-led sessions and provide a space for girls and young women to learn about issues that are relevant to them and how to make positive life choices. There will also be lots of opportunities to get involved in games, crafts, sports, trips and outdoor activities.

Everyone is welcome at GFS Blyth and being kind to one another is at the heart of our group – we all benefit so much from the friends we make here. If you’d like your child to come along and see what GFS is all about, just fill out the registration form and one of our volunteers will get in touch with you right away.

Registrations for the launch will be open shortly.
