Our staff team deliver a variety of activities, services and support to girls and young women accross England and Wales.


Our staff are mainly based in three areas; at the Great Yarmouth Project, Skegness Project and in London. The exception being our Regional Development Co-ordinators (field staff) who regularly travel around helping to develop branches in their region.

Our London-based Head Office houses the Executive Director, Senior Management Team and other members of staff within the Programmes, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Fundraising and Human Resources functions. They manage, coordinate and provide support to volunteers and other staff throughout the organisation.

Young Women’s Support and Development Worker

(Bank Worker)


£11.89 per hour


The role:

  • We’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic practitioners with a youth and community work or similar background. 
  • You will lead the delivery of an innovative and exciting programme of activities aimed at raising self-esteem and aspirations, with a focus on young women aged 11-19. 
  • You will work closely with groups of young women through informal youth work settings and more structured activities, including accredited courses, residential and holiday programmes. 
  • You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and will be able to work with a range of stakeholders to meet young women’s needs.
